3-Ton Industrial Scissor Lift Transfer Cart with Cast Steel Wheels

This 3-ton rail transfer scissor lift cart was custom-built for a client in Guatemala. The client, a large steel coil manufacturer, contacted us to optimize their existing coil transfer solution and improve production efficiency.

The client provided specific requirements, including a cable reel power supply, dimensions of 2.7m x 2m, a lifting height of 1.5m, and a Schneider electrical system.

We configured the transfer cart to meet these specifications. Its lowered height is 550mm. To accommodate the client's coil transport needs, the platform features a V-shaped design to secure the coils and prevent material slippage.
