Today, we successfully delivered an 80-ton material transfer cart to a customer's workshop in Shanxi Province. This equipment will primarily be used for the timely turnover of finished mechanical equipment in the customer's workshop. Let's take a brief look at the details of this product.

Considering the uneven floor of the customer's workshop and the slopes in some cross-regional transportation sections, we equipped the cart with 16 large-diameter rubber tires. These tires offer excellent wear and pressure resistance, enabling them to handle sloped ground effectively. This heavy-duty transfer cartfeatures stable hydraulic steering, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation of finished mechanical products even when fully loaded.

To protect precision objects from damage during transit, the cart's platform is lined with non-slip rubber mats. This ensures the stability of the mechanical equipment and prevents materials from slipping due to unstable movement. Additionally, the transfer cart is equipped with multiple safety mechanisms, including emergency braking, sound and light alarms, overload protection, and scanning radar, providing comprehensive safety for workshop transportation.
