Industrial 30 ton electric flat car for steel plates

At a steel customer's site in Anhui, we can see our 30-ton electric flat car in operation. With its excellent steering mechanism and outstanding load capacity, it has been well received by customers over nearly half a year of use.

This trackless transfer cart is free from the constraints of fixed rails and can flexibly switch transportation routes. Its high maneuverability meets customers' diverse transportation needs. Equipped with high-quality, wear-resistant polyurethane wheels, it provides excellent traction and can easily handle slightly uneven terrain and small slopes. Even when fully loaded, it maintains stable operation without affecting its actual load capacity.

Since the steel plates transported by the customer are relatively long, we installed three horizontal tooling racks on the platform to ensure safe transportation. These racks allow for flexible placement of long steel plates, preventing them from dragging on the ground and interfering with normal operation. In practical applications, these tooling racks can also be removed, as they are secured with screws, enabling customers to dismantle them easily when transporting other materials.
