20 Ton Motorized Transfer Cart for Pipeline Handling

On May 6, 2025, a major Russian engineering company needed to frequently transport pipes of various specifications (6–10 meters in length and 0.5–1.2 meters in diameter). Traditional rail flatcars were not flexible enough, and manual handling was inefficient. The customer ultimately chose our 20-ton Motorized Trackless Transfer Cart, customized for pipeline transportation needs, significantly improving  material transfer.

The delivered product has the following key features:

1.Flexible Steering: The transfer cart features a trackless design, eliminating the limitations of traditional rails. It can maneuver flexibly at the customer's construction site, adapting to complex terrain conditions. With a compact body size of 8000 × 2000 × 700 mm, it balances transportation capacity and site adaptability.

2.Powerful Performance: Our Trackless Transfer Cart is equipped with two high-performance 3.5 kW motors and 16 large-capacity 48V, 250Ah battery packs. When fully charged, it can operate continuously for 5 hours, meeting the customer’s operational demands.

3.Customized Countertop Design: The cart includes five sets of detachable support frames on both sides of the deck. The high-strength steel structure ensures anti-rolling and anti-slip stability during pipeline transportation. Additionally, the frames are easy to remove, allowing the platform to be used for efficiently transporting other materials, such as steel plates.
