The 15-ton glass transfer cart is a flexible trackless series product that our company built for a flat glass factory in Hunan at the beginning of this month. It was designed primarily to help the customer solve the problem of safely and reliably transporting flat glass between workshops. The key features of the product we built are as follows:
Made of High-Quality Materials with Strong Load-Bearing Capacity
Our transfer cart is constructed from 10mm-thick Q235 fastening steel, offering excellent load-bearing capacity. With a rated load of 15 tons, it can easily transport glass products of varying weights. The cart's table is equipped with a vertical tooling frame to accommodate glass placement, and both sides feature rope tighteners to secure materials further, ensuring the safe transportation of glass products.
Wear-Resistant Wheel Support for Stable Transportation
The steerable transfer cart uses φ400 polyurethane wheels. This material is highly wear-resistant and provides superior ground grip. When transporting delicate items like glass, it minimizes bumps, ensuring smooth and stable movement for reliable transportation.
Maintenance-Free Battery Pack with Sufficient Battery Life
The battery-powered transfer cart is equipped with eight 48V 250Ah maintenance-free battery packs, eliminating the need for frequent customer maintenance. Under full load, the battery life meets a range requirement of 5–6 km. With proper storage and usage (e.g., avoiding deep discharge and extreme temperatures), the battery can retain about 60–70% of its capacity even after three years.
Comprehensive Safety Features for Safe Handling
Our glass transfer cart includes overload sensors, sector radars, sound and light alarm systems, emergency stop buttons, and anti-collision buffer columns. These features monitor the surrounding work environment in real time, ensuring the safety of both operators and material transportation.
