At a large prefabricated construction site in Shanxi, steel bars are a crucial building material, and their transportation efficiency and safety directly impact the overall project progress.
To address the project's requirements, such as the heavy weight of individual steel bar shipments and the complex on-site transfer routes, Peisa Machinery customized a 20-ton Industrial Transfer Cart, which is now in operation and offers a new solution for the client's steel bar transportation.
This transfer cart precisely matches the project's requirements, with core specifications meeting prefabrication yard operations. Its platform measures 5000*3000*600mm, allowing it to stably carry multiple long bars of steel at once, eliminating the efficiency loss associated with batch transport. Its powertrain utilizes a 48V 2500AH high-capacity battery and dual 2*3.0kW motors. Not only does it deliver powerful power, easily handling a full 20-ton load, it also boasts an effective range of 4-5km, fully covering the round-trip transportation needs of various work areas within the prefabrication yard without the need for frequent charging, ensuring operational continuity.
Considering the densely populated environment of prefabrication sites, the Transfer Cart features meticulous safety features. High-strength front and rear crash bollards effectively cushion the impact of unexpected collisions, protecting rebar and surrounding facilities. A sector-scanning radar monitors obstacles within a 5-meter radius in front and behind the vehicle in real time. Dual front and rear audible and visual alarms alert nearby personnel when the cart starts, turns, or brakes, significantly reducing operational risks.
Since its implementation, this Electric Transfer Cart has effectively improved our customers' actual rebar transportation efficiency and reduced labor handling costs. Furthermore, its reliable safety performance has resulted in no transportation accidents, earning it high customer recognition.
