30 Ton Trackless Transfer Cart for Rock Material Transport

The image above shows a project we completed in Brazil for a well-known granite production client specializing in high-quality granite mining and processing. The rock workpieces in their facility are heavy and irregularly shaped. Traditional handling equipment often leads to unstable transport and low efficiency, severely impacting production progress. To address this challenge, the company purchased two 30-ton Trackless Transfer Carts from us for precise internal transportation of rock materials.

Based on the specific characteristics of the client's rock workpieces, we customized the transfer carts with a focus on a removable fixture. This fixture can be flexibly adjusted to accommodate granite workpieces of various sizes and shapes, fitting snugly against the workpiece surface and effectively preventing shifting or bumping during transportation. This ensures safe and stable rock material transport while significantly reducing product loss.

The core performance of the equipment also meets the client's needs. The Heavy Duty Transfer Cartmeasures 3000 × 2000 × 700 mm. Its compact design allows it to maneuver flexibly through narrow factory aisles and adapt to complex working environments. Powered by two 4.0 kW motors, its robust and stable powertrain can easily carry rock workpieces weighing up to 30 tons. Equipped with a renowned 400 Ah high-capacity battery, it offers exceptional battery life, supporting 4–6 hours of continuous operation without frequent recharging, which significantly improves handling efficiency.

Since the equipment was put into operation, the company has experienced a 35% increase in rock handling efficiency and a reduction in product loss to less than 1%. This has effectively ensured a smooth production process, generated higher economic benefits, and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two parties.
