Electric rail transfer carts are gradually being adopted by many companies due to their unique advantages. However, properly operating electric rail cars and ensuring their safe and efficient operation is an issue that cannot be ignored.

-- Before use, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the electric rail cart including key components such as wheels, tracks, batteries, and control systems.

The regulations prohibit placing any items unrelated to transportation within one meter on both sides of the electric transfer cart's running track.During operation, always pay attention to changes in the surrounding environment, such as whether the track is level, whether there are obstacles, and whether there are other carts or pedestrians.

When loading, ensure that the goods are placed stably and distributed evenly to avoid overloading or uneven weight distribution.

Operators must strictly follow safety regulations during operation, such as wearing safety helmets and safety shoes.

Do not inspect or clean the rail transfer cart while it is in operation. Additionally, do not use the electric rail flat car to strike, bump into, drag, or pull other vehicles or objects on the track.

In case of emergencies, such as cart malfunctions or traffic accidents, immediately apply emergency braking measures and cut off the power supply to ensure personnel safety.

After maintenance, the reducer must be inspected and approved by the user unit and meet safety requirements before it can be put back into operation. Operating with defects is strictly prohibited.

When using the transfer cart for the first time, be sure to add reducer gear oil. During use, ensure that the reducer has sufficient lubricating oil, and frequently check whether it is low on oil or requires an oil change.
