3 sets of Industrial Transfer Carts Delivery

Recently, after rigorous testing and commissioning, three customized industrial transfer carts were successfully dispatched from our production facility to Jilin Province, where they were officially delivered to a well-known local equipment manufacturer. This delivery not only marks the strengthening of our partnership but also provides key equipment support for the customer's upgrade to an intelligent production line.

This Jilin-based customer has been a major player in the equipment manufacturing industry for over a decade, specializing in the research, development, and production of heavy machinery parts. Their products are widely used in key industries such as construction machinery and rail transit. 

With continued growth in orders, their existing transfer equipment could no longer meet the demands of large-scale production. The challenges were evident in load capacity, operating efficiency, and safety. After comprehensive consideration and comparison, the customer ultimately selected our customized trackless transfer cart solution.

These transfer carts are tailored to the customer's workshop conditions. Two units have a 15-ton load capacity, while the other boasts an exceptional 30-ton capacity. All types are equipped with wireless remote control and automatic obstacle avoidance systems for precise material transfer. They also use high-quality motors and wear-resistant polyurethane tires to effectively reduce maintenance costs.

Our team will monitor the entire installation process and provide timely remote operational training. This collaboration not only strengthens our company's market presence in Northeast China's equipment manufacturing sector but also lays a solid foundation for further cooperation.
