Smart Welding Workshop Custom Electric Flat Car

Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Abby. Today, I want to share a special case study with you. This is a project we recently completed, and we hope it can provide a smarter transportation solution for our client's peers.

Our client is a large manufacturing plant in Hunan. The Electric Flat Car we designed is primarily used in the client's automated welding workshop to transport their intelligent welding equipment, enabling it to perform welding tasks at different workstations.

During initial communications with the client, we learned that they had specific requirements for the transfer cart's dimensions: 1000*500*400mm. Due to the unique application scenario, they also requested the installation of legs to further enhance operational safety. The client emphasized that the cart's tabletop would carry automated welding equipment, so space needed to be reserved to ensure seamless mounting.

Based on multiple discussions, our Technical Director--Manager Chen, designed a Custom Transfer Cart tailored to the client's special needs. The compact design features a tooling frame on the tabletop, precisely sized to fit the client's equipment. Additionally, a rubber anti-slip pad was installed to ensure the safety of their precision automated instruments.

Today, we received feedback from the client, who said: "This transfer cart has introduced new possibilities to our automated welding workshop. Since its deployment, the transfer cart has performed safe and reliable transportation operations with its efficient handling capacity and flexible steering, providing strong support for our production."
