5 Ton Trackless Flat Car Delivered

This Transfer Cart is a piece of material handling equipment customized by us for an engineering company in the Netherlands. Its primary usage scenario is on football fields, and it will also traverse grassy areas, mainly transporting early-stage construction materials.

Given the unique requirements of the usage scenario, conventional solid wheels could easily damage the lawn. Therefore, we opted for 450mm-diameter patterned tires, which help distribute the cart's weight and reduce ground pressure. The Trackless Flat Car has an overall load capacity of 5 tons, with dimensions of 3500×1500×700mm, and is equipped with a powerful 2×1.5KW power system.

During discussions with the customer, they expressed a preference for dual-axis steering. To meet this requirement, we added 2 hydraulic drive systems and a PLC electrical controller to the original design, enabling 4-wheel steering. This Battery Transfer Cart can operate for 4–5 hours on a full charge, with a range of 5–6km, fulfilling the customer's practical needs.

This successful delivery is thanks to the customer's trust in us. Once the product arrives at the customer's site, Dutch engineers will design a matching fixing bracket for our equipment. We look forward to its prompt arrival and to providing the customer with innovative solutions for their project.
