30-Ton Rail-Guided Transfer Cart for Heavy Workpiece Transport

The image above shows a 30-ton rail-guided transfer cart we customized for a large machinery manufacturer in Zhejiang Province. It is primarily used to transport heavy mechanical workpieces along fixed routes within the customer's workshop.

The most notable feature of this custom transfer cart is its hollow platform design, which reduces overall cost. Customers can lay steel plates over the platform to facilitate material handling.

This industrial transfer cart measures 10 x 2.5 x 0.6 meters and features an extra-long transport platform to ensure efficient material transport. It uses a stable rail-powered electrical system, ensuring long-term operational reliability and providing strong support for workpiece transport in the customer's workshop.

For safety, we have installed crash bollards on both ends, an audible and visual warning system, and an emergency brake to ensure safe operation. Operators can control the cart precisely using a handle on the rear or a wireless remote control.
