Project Background:
A large refrigerator production plant faced a significant material transportation challenge. The factory required a rail transfer cart capable of carrying 3 tons, specifically designed to transport finished refrigerators between the warehouse and the processing area. Although the transportation distance was only 13 meters, the speed requirement was quite high—the cart needed to reach 40 meters per minute. Additionally, the cart had to complete 30 high-frequency transport tasks daily. Another challenge was that the height of the rail transfer cart had to be strictly limited to 200 mm.
To address this challenge, our engineering team conducted thorough research and repeated experiments, ultimately proposing an innovative solution: suspending the motor and battery on one side of the transfer cart. This clever design not only successfully reduced the overall height of the rail transfer cart to meet the 200 mm limit but also ensured stable and reliable operation.

The rail transfer cart efficiently handles refrigerator transportation with its 3-ton load capacity. Its 40 m/min speed ensures quick and smooth transport, significantly improving logistics flow between the warehouse and the processing area. Even with 30 high-frequency transport tasks per day, the cart operates reliably with minimal downtime.
